Only the pulp from the heart of the prickly pear is chosen and is infused for a period ranging from seven to ten days. After filtration, the alcohol separated from the pulp is left to decant for at least ninety days, to reach a sufficient degree of ripeness. Before being able to proceed with bottling, the mixture must be subjected to a new filtration followed by a second phase of decanting.

Color: Its different shades vary from intense yellows to the characteristic reds of prickly pear pulp.

Alcohol content: 26% vol.

Ingredients: Pure hydrate alcohol, sugar, infusion of prickly pear.
