After washing the mandarins, we proceed to manual peeling from which we obtain the best part of the mandarin peel. The raw material then passes into infusion with pure alcohol and remains to decant for more than a week. The obtained mixture is filtered and then added to a syrup of water and sugar. After the second phase of filtration, the product decant still thirty days.

Color: The typical orange of the mandarin fruit reflects the sparkling taste of this rosolio.
