2. Choose and order Products

The features and the price of the various products offered on the Site are shown on each product page. For the purchase of the Products the Customer must complete and submit the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained in the Site. Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and fees. All prices are expressed in Euro. The delivery costs are calculated after the user logged and vary according to weight and destination.

Expeditions in Italy:
Throughout Italy the shipping is free for orders over € 69, for amounts less than the cost of shipping is € 6,90.

Shipments abroad:

Sicily Corner is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or not attributable to it or for any damage, loss, costs, incorrect and / or non-delivery of the Products due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances (eg natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, accidents etc.)

5. Payment and invoicing
5.1 Payment Methods
The Customer may pay for the Products and the shipping expenses by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, prepaid cards.

5.2 Billing of orders
If the purchase is made by a professional will be able to request issuance of an invoice by checking the appropriate box during the order process and entering your billing information including social security number and / or VAT. 6. Transport and Delivery

7. Returns

- order of tailor-made or clearly personalized products;
- order of Products that risk to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- order of sealed products that are not suitable for being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection or which have been opened after delivery.

With reference to the cases of exclusion of the withdrawal listed above the Customer, in particular, is informed and accepts that among the Products that "risk to deteriorate or expire rapidly" both all food products fall (including wines, spirits and beverages) and cosmetics, as the characteristics and qualities of these types of Products are subject to alteration also as a result of improper storage. For the solution of disputes concerning the interpretation, performance or termination of these Terms and Conditions or individual purchase orders if the customer is a consumer under the Consumer Code, it will be referred exclusively to the hole of his town of residence or domicile if located in Italian territory; in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is the only forum of Catania, any other competent court ruled.
