Carefully selected Sicilian Borlotti beans, coming from crops of the Sicilian hinterland, excellent for the preparation of soups, soups and side dishes for meat or fish dishes. Before putting the legumes to boil, leave to soak in water at room temperature for about 12 hours. Subsequently replace the water and put on the fire preferably in an earthenware pan, after boiling, leave to simmer for about 2 hours and add salt towards the end of cooking.
