Colour: Almost colorless to light yellow when liquid, yellow when it crystallizes. There
crystallization is quite rapid, with crystals from small to coarse depending moisture and storage conditions.
Taste: Honey medium aromatic intensity, with floral and fruity notes.
Properties: Healing for ulcers, antispasmodic, sedative, insomnia and the nervous excitement.
Uses: It is one of the most universally appreciated table honeys. Mixed with iced tea
It is a great thirst quencher.
