Taste: Intense, aromatic that remains persistent in the mouth and ending with a light balsamic aftertaste.
Odor: Aromatic, due to the effect of thymol. Strong, spicy, reminiscent of aromatic wood, mulled wine and cloves
Properties: Typical Sicilian honey. Known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, it is a source of proteins, vitamins B and C and mineral salts such as Potassium and Iron.
