Some historians say that the name Baaria, in Latin Baihaira and in vernacular Baaria; Comes from the ancient Phoenician language and that its meaning is "a zone that descends to the sea". In the heart of Trapani, an ancient love story is still alive today, a passion for wine. We propose this offer of four "Baarìa IGT" wines from Cantel Miceli of Trapani. Two red wine: Sirah and Nero D'Avola, two reds that tell the essence of Sicily and its traditions, harmonious and ideal with meats, seasoned cheeses. Two white wine: Grillo and Grecanico, two pleasantly fresh, harmonious, whitish white wines of excellent sapidity ideal for aperitifs, appetizers, raw tomatoes and grilled fish.
