Baaria Nero d'Avola IGT Miceli Miceli Sicilian wine produced by Nero d'Avola grapes.
It shows a ruby red color with purple hues. It has an enveloping, fruity and with a refreshing acidity. Balanced tannins.
Production area: Flat areas of Sicily center / Western.
Variety: Nero d'Avola 100%
Soil: Loose / limestone
Harvest period: Mid September
Wine-making: De-stemming the grapes. alcoholic fermentation on the skins for about 10 days at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 12 months in steel tanks.
Appearance: Ruby red with violet reflections
Aroma: Fruity and with special cherry and berries
Taste: Enveloping, savory with a fresh acidity. rightly tannic
Food pairing: It goes well with pasta dishes with sauces and even medium-aged cheeses and red meats.
