The company has chosen to perform both traditional and manual processing both for washing and for peeling, using only the best organic citrus fruits from Sicily, to ensure the most accurate selection of lemon peels. Once the raw material is obtained, it is infused in pure alcohol and left to settle for about ten days. The infusion is filtered and then mixed with a syrup of water and sugar. A second phase of filtration follows, after which the product must decant another thirty days before bottling.

Color: It is characterized by the typical yellow of lemon rind.

Alcohol content: 28% vol.
