Entelechia is a natural muscat D.O.C. of Pantelleria, produced with a selection of ripe grapes, treatment is limited to a long maceration of the grapes. From the golden yellow aspect, with intense and harmonious scent, with shades of apricot and honey, smells of lemon, while in the mouth explodes a richness and concentration of full and velvety flavor, with hints of acacia honey.

Training system: Bush creeping bush, density 2,500 vines per hectare
Yield: 30 quintals per hectare; 1 kilogram per plant
Production technique: The grapes are ripening on the vine forwarded. Later, the only healthy grapes are hand picked and placed in boxes. Long maceration of the must of grapes, pressing and very slow fermentation.
