Organoleptic Characteristics
Varietal: Muscat of Alexandria (Zibibbo)
Training system: Bush creeping bush, density 2,500 vines per hectare
Yield / ha: 40 ql
Vinification: the grapes picked in the cassette. Withering of them on reed mats.
Long maceration of the grapes in the must, pressing and very slow fermentation up to the strength required by the specification.
Ageing: in oak barrels for four months
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Appearance: Amber with copper hues
Nose: Wide, hints of ripe fruit and toasted orange peel, sage and mint notes
Taste: Complex, very full, rich
