The passion for the land and the link with it, transmitted by the ancient family tradition, has led the company to take care of the research and enhancement of the "genuine" product, giving life to a 100% Sicilian and organic extra virgin olive oil. The olives are harvested starting from the first decade of October and cold pressed within 24 hours after harvesting, which makes the extra virgin oil rich in antioxidant properties and guarantees a low acidity value.
